1. Scott Hartnell recorded his second hat trick in NY in a ten day span (Jan 10 at MSG) and the third of his career. Hartnell has 9 goals and 4 assists in his last 6 games. It's the 12th hat trick by Philadelphia against the Islanders -- Rick Mac Leish had the only four goal game of the bunch.

2. Rick DiPietro recorded his fourth assist of the season --tops among NHL netminders. It's a career high for Rick -- who now shares the club record with Chris Osgood (2001-02).

3. The Flyers maintain their shutout in the season series, having won three games vs the Isles, all in regulation. The Isles have fewer points (16) against the Flyers than any other division rival over the last 2 1/2 seasons.
