Devils 4, Isles 2

The Isles ended the pre-season with a 4-2 loss in New Jersey, before an announced crowd of just over 10,000.

Mark Streit and Jack Hillen had power-play goals for the Isles, who outshot NJ 21-20.  Zajac and Parise each had a goal and an assist for the Devils.

The game was marked by a series of fights, including three involving Joel Rechlicz.
