CROSBY CRUSHES ISLES FOR 2ND TIME THIS SEASON
Sidney
Crosby scored two goals and assisted on three others in the Penguins' 6-5
overtime win against the Islanders. Crosby, who had six points against the Isles
on January 10 (two goals, four assists) is the first player to record two games
of five or more points against the same team in the same season since 1992-1993.
Two players did it in that season: Mario
Lemieux against the Sharks and Steve
Yzerman against the Lightning.
