Denmark 2, USA 1 (overtime)

Another OT defeat for team USA, this one to Denmark, 2-1.

Not a very impressive showing so far for Scott Gordon's squad.

Kyle Okposo and Frnas Nielsen earned assists on their squad's regulation goals, which were both on power plays.  Lars Eller scored the OT winner for the "Great" Danes, who pulled off their second cosnecutive upset in the tourney.

Eller is a former first round pick of the Blues; he appeared in a handful of NHL games this past season.

Okposo had 4 shots on goal and led the American forward with 22:37 of ice time.  Jack Hillen played 14:54.

The US plays Finland on Wednesday, and depending on the outcome of today's Germany-Finland game (2:15 ET) could find themselves in a must-win to avoid the dreaded relegation round,.
