Minor error in last night's Skinny.  The Tavares paragraph should read as follows:

 

Tavares Extends Point Streak to 5 – Matches Career High

Just 13 seconds into the 3^rd period, John Tavares deflected a Wisniewksi shot to cut the Montreal advantage to 3-2.  It was the Isles' second power play goal of the evening and gives Tavares a five-game point scoring streak for the second time in his NHL career.  Tavares leads the Islanders in goals with six.  Four of his 6 goals have come on the power play, tying Ottawa's Daniel Alfredsson for the NHL lead.
