Maloney and Montoya

Kaite Strang has an interesting piece on her blog -- she notes that when Don Maloney heard about all of the Isles goalie injuries, he called Snow suggesting that he take a chance on Montoya.

Montoya, who made his 1st start for the Isles just 24 days ago -- can take over the team lead in victories with a win at MSG tonight. He is 7-2-3 on the season; Rick DiPietro (7-10-4) is the other Isles goaltender with seven wins on the year.
