The Caps have signed and recalled Joel Rechlicz.
Rechlicz, only 24, played 23 games over two seasons accumulating 1 assist and 95 penalty minutes.
He had a goal, an assist and 184 penalty minutes for Hershey this season -- his second with the Bears.
