The Blue Jackets welcome (?) Jeff Carter and the Kings to Columbus tonight -- first meeting of the teams since the trade.
Columbus has a great promo - tonight only- fans who bring their Carter jersey to the team store (by the end of the first period) will have their name plate changed to "J. Johnson" for free (Conveniently, both Carter and Jack Johnson are #7).
With Carter's trade to LA, Isles won't face him all season. Good thing. He has 42 points in 39 games against the Isles.
