Five months ago, the Isles were rumored to be discussing a deal with Columbus in which they would have sent all of their draft choices to the Blue Jackets in exchange for the second overall pick.
That pick, Ryan Murray, will miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury: http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=646456
Murray signed a 3-year contract with the Blue Jackets last summer (that will roll forward because he will not appear in the NHL this year).
