3 years ago tonight (2011) - Patrick Sharp scored his second goal of the game for the overtime winner as the Chicago Blackhawks defeated the Islanders 3-2. With the overtime loss, the Islanders extended their point streak to six straight games (4-0-2).
Trailing 2-0, the Isles rallied to force overtime on goals by Travis Hamonic and Michael Grabner; Marian Hossa had Chicago’s other goal – it was his 400th NHL goal.
