Too Silly to Be Skinny: The Vanna White Award

Kael Mouillierat had quite a night on Tuesday, becoming the first Islander to wear #48 to record a point (actually tallying both a goal and an assist)

Mouillierat is the 4th Isle to wear that number, joining
Warren Luhning  (19 gms, 0 pts)
Steve Regier  (18 gms, 0 pts)
Anton Klementyev (1 gm, 0 pts)

Upon the suggestion of AHL VP of Communications Jason Chaimovitch I discovered another thing about Mouillierat -- he is also the first Islander with all 5 vowels in his last name to record a point.

Three other Vanna White All-Stars have played for the Isles:
John Vanbiesbrouck (44 games as a goalie)
Marcel Cousineau  (6 games as a goalie)
Marko Tuomainen (1 game -- 10/11/2011 at New Jersey)

I'll leave it to Jason to figure out how many players in AHL history have done so.  :)
