Brock Nelson scored the game's first goal for the second straight game and Frans Nielsen scored twice in the third period as the Islanders made it 2 wins out of three in California with a 4-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks, before a sellout crowd of 17,174 at Honda Center. The Isles improve to 3-4-2 in their last nine games after having gone 6-2-1 in their first nine games.
