"The Skinny"
Game 63
Chicago 2, Isles 1 (SO)
Artemi Panarin scored the tying goal with Corey Crawford on the bench for an extra attacker and later added the final goal of the shootout as the Chicago Blackhawks rallied for a 2-1 shootout win over the Isles before a sellout crowd of 21,883 at United Center.
Brock Nelson had given the Isles a 1-0 lead in the second period but Panarin tied it with 74 seconds to play. Goals by Jonathan Toews and Panarin in the shootout were enough to give the Hawks their 6th straight win.

The Isles have won five straight games from Calgary, including the last two in overtime (both by 2-1 scores). Josh Bailey scored the OT winner in Alberta last February, while Thomas Hickey had the deciding goal in Brooklyn in late November. The win in November started to turn the Isles' season around following a 6-10-4 start; it's the only game this season that the Isles have won when they scored fewer than 3 goals (1-17-8)
