•         Isles have opened 5-0-1 at home – best since winning first 6 (and eventually 7) in 1982-83
•         Barzal's 5 assists is a rookie club record for assists and ties club rookie record (held by several) for points.
•         Barzal is the first Islander since Pat LaFontaine (1-11-90 vs Minnesota) with a 5-assist game.
•         Isles have scored in 17 consecutive periods (still checking on a last time for this one)
•         Isles have scored multiple PP goals in 4 straight games for first time since 1991-92 season
•         Scott Mayfield is 1^st Isle with Gordie Howe Hat Trick since Kyle Okposo (1-20-14 vs PHL)
•         The Isles had 4 goals by defensemen—first time they’ve had more than 3 since 1/12/93 vs Calgary when they had 5 (Malakhov 2, Lachance 2, Norton 1)
•         Barzal’s 13 points in first 14 games is most by an Isle rookie in at least 30 years
•         Bailey with assists in 8 straight (one shy of club record) and points in 9 straight (first by Isles since Thomas Vanek had points in 10 straight in 2013-14)
•
