The Isles close out January with their first meeting of the season with the Toronto Maple Leafs. While the Isles will be on the back-end of a back-to-back, Toronto will be playing their first game since the All-Star Break. The Isles will need a victory to end January at NHL-.500 as they are 5-6-1 this month.
Last season, the Isles won twice in Brooklyn, including a wild 6-5 overtime game, before dropping a 7-1 defeat in Ontario on Valentine's Day.
The Isles will return to Toronto on February 22nd before welcoming the Leafs to Brooklyn on March 30th.
