Up Next
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18th—ISLANDERS AT LOS ANGELES 10:30PM
[MSG+ (Islanders pre-game at 10:00pm), WRCN 103.9FM, 88.7 WRHU-FM, Radio.com]

The road trip continues as the Isles head to Staples Center to meet the Los Angeles Kings.

Staples has not been a friendly place for the Isles; their last regulation win in Los Angeles came with Garth Snow in the nets in 2003.  The Isles are 1-7-0 since then in LA, winning only on a Kyle Okposo shootout tally in 2014, and scoring only nine goals (plus that shootout winner in the eight games).

The Kings have had similar trouble vs. the Isles in New York, so the Isles are 6-6-0 over the last 12 games vs. Los Angeles.
