On the Farm
Bridgeport is to 9-4-2-0 in their last fifteen games and 30-29-7-4 on the season following a 6-5 loss to Wilkes-Barre Scranton on Saturday.

Chris Terry continues to lead the team with 29 goals and 57 points while Otto Koivula has a team-leading 35 helpers. Jakub Skurek is 16-14-4 in goal on the season while Cory Schneider, 9-2-2 in his last thirteen games, is 13-11-3.

Despite the loss, Bridgeport remains .014 ahead of Hartford for the final playoff spot.  (AHL teams play different number of games, so percentage will determine the final standings).  Bridgeport has two regular season games to play (Friday vs. Springfield and Saturday vs. Hartford) while the Wolf Pack have three.

The Baby Isles could clinch a playoff spot on Friday if they beat Springfield and Hartford loses at home to Charlotte in regulation time.

Season Series Stats
Toronto wins the season series, 3 games to 0 (and 6 points to 0).

The Leafs sweep the season series and have won the last four games overall against the Islanders. It is the first time since 1996-97 that the Isles have not earned a point in a season series contested with Toronto.

UP NEXT
TUESDAY, APRIL 19th  – FLORIDA AT ISLANDERS 7:30 PM
[MSG+ (Pre-game at 7:00pm), WRHU 88.7 FM, WRCN 103.9FM, ESPN Radio]
The Isles will close the regular season by playing five of the last seven games at home, beginning on Tuesday against the Florida Panthers, who will come in on a 10-game winning streak.

It will be the first visit to UBS Arena for the Panthers, who defeated the Isles 5-1 and 6-1 during the season-opening 13-game road trip.

Florida has already tied the club record for road wins (23) and set record for road points (50), and road goals (135).  Their 314 overall goals (excluding shootout goals) are the second-highest total in the NHL in the last 25 years and they will likely pass the 2018-19 Lightning (319) sometime this week.
